I can not tell a human to add the apartment # to my address as that was the senders error. I just want to add it too the address. The tracking says it will go back if I do not update and Customer service can not help me?

I was at home for the entire time, the courier never called me. Now the tracking showed as the customer was not at home. This was a very urgent parcel for a event which has tomorrow. Very unsatisfactory. I need the parcel today at any cost.
