Absolutelty the worst delivery service ever encountered, DHL kept my parcel since December 9th, 2024 when it was sent out by Bombshell in ample time. There is zero reason for DHL to be hanging on to my parcel for a month. I would like an explanation as to why DHL has kept my parcel for a month. This was a Christmas present and DHL ruined it, ruined it! Phone number is 1-306-483-8163 i would like a phone call for a appology and an explanation for this incompetence!!!
